Where to Send Returns
Returns: Returns are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached. You may return merchandise within 14 business days of the date on your receipt. Please follow the return instructions on the invoice included with your package. PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. We do not accept returns or exchanges on lingerie, candles, jewelry and swimwear. Merchandise that is purchased online may only be returned online. Shopdaja.com cannot process returns on any merchandise sold at our boutique. All Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I make a return or exchange?
Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Include the completed form with your return/exchange, and send insured to the above address. (We recommend that you insure the return packages to Shopdaja.com. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at Shopdaja.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Shopdaja.com.
Can I return a sale item?
Sale items can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of receipt of order.
