Shipping Policy
What are the guidelines?
We ship UPS and Fedex Global.
Shipping takes 3-7 days depending on your location. UPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends unless special arrangements are made, delivery applies to weekdays only.
Saturday Delivery
You can request a Saturday delivery but will be charged an additional $30.00 and must purchase FedEx Overnite. Your order must be received by 4 PM on Friday
All shipments must be sent to the billing address of the credit card unless special arrangements have been made with the store.
Orders that are placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed that day, not including holidays, and will ship within 48 hours awaiting availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following business day, and ship within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 1 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the following Monday. Shopdaja will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to verify availability.
*DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS, unless Saturday Delivery is requested.
International shipping costs, methods and disclosures
ShopDaja.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at cs@internationalcheckout.com.
Do you ship to where I live?
Shopdaja.com is a United States sponsor and will ship only to the 50 domestic states, as well as internationally!
Shipping restrictions
We use UPS and Federal Express for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.
What if an item I want is out of stock?
We make every effort to keep our site current. Occasionally items sell out quickly.
How do I redeem my gift certificate?
To make a purchase using your gift certificate you must first register on our site. (See “how do I register”). At the checkout screen you will be able to enter your gift certificate number in the field “Redeem your gift certificate”. This will deduct the full amount of the gift certificate from your order total. If your gift certificate is more than the total purchase, the total purchase amount will be deducted from your gift certificate, and you will be able to use the remaining amount for future purchases.
